- How much time
- About 5 minutes to record. 10-15 minutes total including a resume upload.
- Do I need video recording experience
- No, you get to talk with McCoy AI to help figure out how to answer, refine your response, and you get a teleprompter and virtual background, so recording is fast and easy.
- What device do I need
- The McCoy app works on iOS and Android. Download on the App Store or get it on Google Play.
- How do you match me to companies
- After you record, we ask where you're based, whether you want remote, hybrid, or onsite work, and any cities you'd consider relocating to. Companies see that when they look at your response, so you only hear from ones that make sense for you.
- Who sees this
- Companies hiring in your field, when they come to us looking for candidates.
- What about my data
- Never sold. Never used to train AI.
- Can I delete or change my response
- Anytime, from the McCoy app. Once you delete or withdraw, we stop showing your response to companies right away. Your McCoy Reel stays yours.
